The Cimple referral 
terms and conditions

1. Introduction

 

1.1. These terms and conditions ("Referral Terms") govern participation in the Cimple Referral Program ("Referral Program").

1.2. By participating in the Referral Program, both referrers ("Referrer(s)") and referees ("Referee(s)") agree to these Referral Terms.

 

1.3. Cimple reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice.

 

2. Program Overview

 

2.1. The Referral Program allows existing Cimple Cleaning customers to earn a free home cleaning by referring new customers.

2.2. Each Referrer will receive a unique referral code.

2.3. A successful referral occurs when five (5) Referees complete their first paid booking (minimum of 2 hours).

2.4. Once five (5) successful referrals are confirmed, the Referrer will receive one (1) free home cleaning.

 

3. Offer Period

 

3.1 The Referral Program starts on 3 February  2025 and ends on 31 December 2025 (“Offer Period”). The Offer Period may be cancelled, extended or otherwise varied by Cimple Cleaning at any time in its sole discretion.

 

4. Eligibility Criteria

 

4.1 Referrer Eligibility

 

To participate, the Referrer must:

(a) Be an existing Cimple Cleaning customer.

 

(b) Share their unique referral code only with individuals who meet the Referee eligibility criteria.

 

4.2 Referee Eligibility

 

A successful referral occurs when the Referee:

(a) Is a first-time Cimple Cleaning customer.

(b) Book a home cleaning service for a minimum of two (2) hours.

(c) Completes and pays for their booking.

(d) Resides in London.

 

5. Referral Rewards

 

5.1. A Referrer will receive a free home cleaning after five (5) successful referrals.

5.2. The free cleaning will be for the same duration as the Referrer’s most recent paid booking, up to a maximum of three (3) hours.

5.3. The free cleaning cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

5.4. Cimple Cleaning will notify Referrers by email once they qualify for a free cleaning.

5.5. The Referrer must redeem the free cleaning within 4 weeks from the date of being notified. If not redeemed, Cimple Cleaning reserve the right to make the free cleaning avoid.

 

6. Additional Terms

 

6.1. There is no limit to the number of people a Referrer can invite. However, each free clean is earned only after five (5) successful referrals.

6.2. Referrers must ensure that their Referees enter the correct referral code at the time of booking. Cimple Cleaning is not responsible for missing or incorrect referral codes.

6.3. If any fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected, Cimple Cleaning reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke earned rewards.

6.4. Cimple Cleaning’s decision on all matters related to the Referral Program is final.

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

 

7.1. By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers and Referees agree that Cimple Cleaning may collect and process their personal data in accordance with Cimple Cleaning’s Privacy Policy.

7.2. Referral data will be used solely for tracking referrals and issuing rewards.

8. General Legal Terms

8.1. Cimple Cleaning is not responsible for any failure to track or credit referrals due to technical errors or user mistakes.

8.2. Participation in the Referral Program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship with Cimple Cleaning.

8.3. These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8.4. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
