  • How much is the cleaning service per hour?
    For our regular or one-off home cleaning service, we charge £20 per hour.
  • How many hours do I need?
    As you fill in our booking form we'll show you the time needed based on the number of rooms you have selected to be cleaned and any cleaning add-ons included. Our chart will help you understand the time needed based on different homes. Not every home is the same, so if your home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms just adjust the booking form accordingly. For our standard home cleaning service, each room should take approximately 30 minutes to clean. So our minimum requirement will always be 2 hours based on the average home (this also includes a studio flat). If your home has more than 5 bedrooms, please reach out to us via telephone or our contact us form so we can put together a custom plan based on your home.
  • My home has more than 5 bedrooms, what should I do?
    If your home has more than 5 bedrooms and you would like a quote, please get in touch with us through our contact us form.
  • What’s included in the home cleaning service?

  • What add-ons can I include in my home cleaning?
    You can pick up to 6 cleaning add-ons for our home cleaning service. Our cleaning add-ons: Laundry Ironing Dishwashing Fridge and freezer cleaning Oven cleaning Inside window cleaning Including cleaning add-ons will automatically add more time, increasing the cost of the service.
  • Can I make a special request?
    Yes, you can. You can add your request to the 'special request' field on our booking form. These special requests should be simple and small instructions. For example, request for your changed pillowcases to be sprayed once with your favourite lavender mist. We monitor all special requests and we can choose to reject your special request if it's not small and simple.
  • Is my cleaner comfortable with pets?
    We'll make sure to couple your home with a cleaner that loves pets. But for the safety of our cleaner and your pet, we request that you place your pet(s) in a safe space while the cleaner is cleaning.
  • Do I need to do anything before my cleaner arrives?
    If you've just gone for the cleaning, then there's nothing for you to do. If you've added laundry, ironing, fridge or freezer cleaning, we request that you prepare these items for the cleaner. See our brief instructions below. Laundry: If you have a laundry basket, please place the basket by the washing machine. If you don't have a basket, place a pile by the washing machine. The cleaner will only be able to do one load, so please make sure the colours are separated from the whites. Ironing: For items you want to be ironed, place them on hangers and hang them on a bedroom door handle. Please priory items you'll need for the week as our cleaners only have a limited time. Fridge & freezer cleaning: We request that you remove any items that are canned, bottled (like Coca-Cola) or anything non-perishable. Leave any perishable items (like dairy products) in the fridge or freezer. We’ll remove these items while cleaning and put them back when the cleaning is finished.
