Cimple Cleaning was created in 2024 to make cleaning simple for both our customers and cleaners. We want our customers to get access to the best local cleaners in their area that can provide a high-quality service every time. And if our customer's needs change, our customers can customise our service at any time to support their household. And for our Cimple cleaners, we want to provide great local cleaning jobs in their chosen areas, along with unwavering technical support that will enable our cleaners to provide exceptional service. Our cleaners are rockstars and we don’t believe in charging our cleaners a fee to be a part of Cimple, we want our cleaners to be paid every penny they’ve earned.

 

Our ambition is to use modern technology to build a platform that provides an innovative experience for our customers and cleaners to harmoniously care for a home. We want to explore how we can improve key components such as communication, scheduling, task management, payment, security and more to give our users peace of mind, as well as empower everyone to get and receive the best service. Even though we've just started our journey, we are a small start-up with big aspirations, and we'll always aim to put our customers and cleaners at the forefront of what we do.

 

Our Founder has always felt a close affinity to the cleaning industry, especially as it was the first profession of his parents when they migrated to the UK. Gavin saw his mother travel far and wide to deliver a cleaning service to be overworked, undervalued and underpaid. His goal is to change the perception of the cleaning industry and for highly skilled professional cleaners to be acknowledged and appreciated for the role they play in maintaining a happy home. Having a good cleaner will not only improve your world in the home but also create powerful tremors to impact your world outside the home.
